Imayam Trust is providing support to the rural women and adolescents, to acquire additional skills to strengthen their livelihood. Imayam Trust, so far has trained more than 50 rural adolescents and women in livelihood training programs. Qualified trainers were onboarded to teach tailoring. Imayam Trust planned to set up a sample of small garments units in the village , to train and create more number of women entrepreneurs in the future. And on a as needed basis, planned to train many more in various trades and skilled programs to improve their livelihoods.
